Breakfast at Tiffanys Shower: the tablescape

To create the feeling of an intimate space, Lauren Rasche and I built a 20′ long frame that is 8′ high and hung sheer curtains all the way around to create a long room.  We then added white shag carpet to enhance the “room” feeling and ran the tables right down the middle.  The entrance to the room was created using quite a few rolls of ribbon, and forming a curtain tied to each side.  The room opened on the ends to both sides, allowing access to the mimosa bar and buffet {pictures soon to follow}.

We made custom runners with silver satin fabric and applied jewels along all the edges and ends, as well as to the Tiffany blue napkins.  The entire length of the table was adorned with silver vases and julip cups brimming with white blooms.  The large silver candleabaras boasted my favorite glittered candles in Tiffany and antique silver.  Antique shaped hand mirrors and mini diamonds finished off the decor.

We just loved the white sheer curtains blowing in the breeze!  We swon over this completly custom designed shower with so many detailed touches, any hostess would be thrilled to throw a party like this for her bride.
