Right around Easter time, the Wisterias start to bloom. They remind me of my childhood and going to the Wisteria Candy Cottage for Easter candy; the scent, the gorgeous color and the gracefull blooms. This year for Easter brunch, I created this Wisteria tower with the delicate purple blooms overflowing over the baskets.
wow, those peeps are bright. They should have come in pastel.
Our menu consisted of Easter Salad, scalloped potatoes and leeks, blanched asparagus, and pineapple glazed ham.
