A few posts down, we had some pictures of most of the decor from miss Christina’s bridal shower. Here are some more of the yummy catering by Moira Events.
We supplied all the dishes, most being antique depression glass, which I just love using! These mini martini glasses may be my fave though:

Our little prep table in the kitchen with about half of our dishes and platters:
For the first course, we served a cheese course. The menu for the cheese was attached to the underside of a clear depression glass plate, so as you nibbled at your cheese, you could see the names of what you were eating beneath each piece.
All the plates lined up and ready to be served:
We used baby swiss, double creme brie, gouda and romano served with two types of apples and grapes.
you can see the little menu peaking through. We {naturally} used the same motif from her invitations on the menus as well:

This was actually the third course, but whos counting? We served two types of mini tea sandwhiches. One was cucumber and watercress the second was handcarved roast beef and chives. We also served two crustinis – the first was goat cheese with carmelized onions and drizzled honey (my personal fave) and the second was goad cheese with perchutto, apples and truffle oil. Here are all the plates ready to be placed on their three tiered platters on the table:
Back to the second course:
We served spiced pumpkin soup in our mini martini glasses and paired that with lemongrass and roased garlic shrimp that was served on a Japanese soup spoon.
Just prior to dropping the second course, we placed a mini menu in front of each guest so they could anticipate their next course.
Dessert!
Mini cupcakes, cant go wrong!
