I had the privilege of hosting my best friends bridal shower. Rather than a “theme” like lingerie party, kitchen party, zebra-and-pink party, I decided to go with a color theme of green and grey. I applied the colors to everything from the decor, to flowers, linens and even the food.
For food, we had key lime parfaits, flat bread with arugula and goat cheese, quiche, veggie crudites, spinach dip and baguettes, and cucumbers with cheese. Rather than cake, we had madalines and muffins for dessert. The muffins were topped with cream cheese frosting – yum!
