PERFECT WEDDING DESIGN
{Moira Events} will create and design the overall vision of your wedding, reflecting your personalities, relationship, childhood, family traditions, hobbies and heritage. from unique escort cards, out of town packages, guest accommodations, personalized invitations, and flowers & favors will reflect every aspect of your lives together.
LIMITLESS ENGAGEMENTS
Whether scouring through {Moira’s} compilation of wedding literature together, meeting with vendors, tasting cake, trying on dresses, or shopping for goodies, your time with {Moira} is unlimited throughout your planning process
BUDGET DETAILS
After establishing priorities, a custom budget will be created to reflect your wedding vision and managed by {Moira} throughout the planning process including deposits, & payments
LOCATION, LOCATION
Following our details meeting, a presentation of locations and information will be given and {Moira} will make all appointments and accompany you on location visits
VENDOR SELECTION
{Moira} will handpick vendors to best suit your personal style and vision. From linens to stationary, flowers to chairs, leave the details to us.
CONTRACT REVIEW & NEGOTIATION
Throughout the planning process, {Moira} will contact, review and book all vendors. We will review all contracts and negotiate services and prices to best serve your personal style and selections.
SHOWER THE BRIDE
Bridal shower for up to 30 guests designed and thrown by {Moira Events}. includes use of any of {Moira’s} antique china, silver, and glass as décor, table linens, tables & chairs and centerpieces. Does not include venue or venue rental. $300 credit towards fare.
REHEARSAL DINNER
Venue booking, design, food selection, floral and décor selections, linens and chair needs, invitation design, coordination of event, and communication with venue.
BRIDESMAIDS BRUNCH
Thank the women around you for all their love, support, and tolerance through the wedding process. Treat them to a brunch and tea followed by pedis and manis. Let {Moira} do the dishes…
PERSONAL ASSISTANT
A {Moira} coordinator will serve as your personal assistant the week prior to your wedding. Let {Moira} run around for you! Forward your phone calls and messages, have us pick up/drop off your dress as well as any bridesmaids dresses or mother of the bride dress. Get your ring cleaned, pick up honeymoon clothes, drop off dry-cleaning, grocery shop, and any other last minute items you would rather not do yourself!
ETIQUETTE ADVISEMENT
we consider Emily Post to be part of our {Moira} team. From invitation wording, to proper calligraphy, and the correct way to address an initiation to all the awarded family situations. no faux pas will occur on our watch
RSVP TRACKING
All rsvp responses will arrive at {Moira} and will be tracked and tidy for you. Organization includes ‘yes’ and ‘no’ responses as well menu choices
MENU DESIGN & TASTING
{Moira} loves food! We will take our expertise in food presentation and menu design to create a carte du jour just for your distinctive soiree
ATTIRE HARMONIZATION
from the smallest detail of the beading on your dress, to the overall look of the entire bridal party, we will select and design the look and feel of your overall party. allow us to coordinate dress colors and styles, mother of the bride dresses, clutches, shoes, wraps, and jewels for everyone around you.
GUEST ENCOUNTER & ACCOMODATIONS
{Moira} will be the contact and concierge for all out of town guests attending your wedding. we will set up and monitor room blocks, make dinner reservations, provide directions, arrange for transportation, or obtain tickets for any activities or events locally. welcome boxes can also be created to include a personal note from the bride and groom, local fare and beverages, a list of your favorite restaurants and activities, and any other city information to make your guests feel at home in your city.
{MOIRA} ANTHOLOGY
Unlimited use of any item owned, stored and collected by {Moira}. Items include large wrought iron lanterns, candlesticks, antique china, antique flatware, picture frames, unique glass containers, chandelier crystals, and many more.
CEREMONY DESIGN
Together we will develop a distinctive ceremony to reflect you as a couple and incorporating your religion and culture. orchestration of rehearsal and ceremony.
SOIRÉE DESIGN
Reception design including all paper products, flowers, centerpiece, favors, food, cocktails and memories all custom for you and your fiancé. we will create an event worthy of Martha herself!
SOIRÉE EXECUTION
Let not a worry come into your head. {Moira} has worked with you and your selected vendors for months ~ white dresses and pretty smiles are all you need to think about…includes one {Moira}coordinator and two assistants
