STATIONERY DESIGN
Design and execution by Moira Design Store of your entire stationery suite including save-the-dates, invitations, programs, menus, place cards, gift tags, valet tags, and table numbers to reflect your overall style, vision and design.

STORYBOARD CREATION
An organized conglomeration of your wedding ideas, colors, fabrics, stationery and inspirations all in one place for your reference. Created on a large storyboard that is yours to keep.

ENGAGEMENT PARTY
Enjoy your new engagement to its fullest and allow {Moira Events} to take over the details of your engagement party. Traditionally hosted by the parents of either the bride or the groom, or close friends of the couple, let those around you revel in your joy as much as you are! from a swanky cocktail party on a yacht to a chic afternoon picnic, let us pick up the details.

BRIDAL SHOWER
{Moira Events} will work alongside your bridesmaids and mothers to create a perfectly detailed and beautifully appointed shower in your honor. From a quaint afternoon tea to a spa weekend, let us take care of the details. Perfect for out of town bridesmaids!

BACHELORETTE PARTY
Weekend in New York City, bed and breakfast in Santa Barbara, wine and a limo in Temecula, or a spa day. {Moira Events} will plan the perfect girls weekend!

ATTIRE COORDINATION AND DESIGN
From the smallest detail of the beading on your dress, to the overall look of the entire bridal party, we will select and design the look and feel of your overall party. Allow us to coordinate dress colors and styles, mother of the bride dresses, clutches, shoes, wraps, and jewels for everyone around you.

BRIDESMAIDS BRUNCH
Thank the women around you for all their love, support, and tolerance through the wedding process. Treat them to a brunch and tea followed by pedis and manis. Let {Moira Events} do the dishes.

PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Let {Moira Events} run around for you the weeks prior to the wedding. Forward your phone calls and messages, have us pick up/drop off your dress as well as any bridesmaids dresses or mother of the bride dress. Get your ring cleaned, pick up honeymoon clothes, drop off dry cleaning, grocery shop, and any other last minute items you would rather not do.

APPOINTMENT ATTENDANCE
{Moira Events} will take the understanding of details from the bride and groom, and meet with vendors on their behalf with florist, bands, linens, stationers, caterers, rentals, etc. Information will then be condensed into one meeting with you to allow your life to be free of the clutter of mid-day appointments.

GUEST EXPERIENCE AND ACCOMODATIONS
{Moira Events} will be the contact and concierge for all out of town guests attending your wedding. We will set up and monitor room blocks, make dinner reservations, provide directions, arrange for transportation, or obtain tickets for any activities or events locally. welcome boxes can also be created to include a personal note from the bride and groom, local fare and beverages, a list of your favorite restaurants and activities, and any other city information to make your guests feel at home in your city.

REHEARSAL DINNER PLANNING & DESIGN
From locating a venue in perfect harmony with your wedding weekend, to planning the menu, invitations and décor. Great for out of town in-laws!

INVITATION SERVICE
Your invitations are done and ready to be sent out...but there are a couple things to do first. Allow {Moira Events} to take care of the effort and work of stuffing, sealing and application of postage to your many invitations.

HONEYMOON AND TRAVEL
Let us take care of all your travel needs and accommodations from flights, to hotels, dinner reservations, day time excursions, and night life to create the honeymoon to end a perfect wedding!
